Where is BTA located based?
We are a remote team. Most employees work from Southern California and all employees are based in the US.

How to add template parts to templates?
Below is a basic example of how to create your own template parts and add them to default or custom templates. The screen recording below demonstrates how to create a custom Footer template part which is displayed only on the Page template
I failed my exam, can I do a retake?

Where does BTA travel for private trainings?
We typically come to the company who has purchased the training. Rates will vary depending on travel distance, time, accommodations and days of training. We have traveled to every continent accept Antarctica for blockchain trainings.
Do I get a referral fee for sending friends to BTA?
Please contact support@blockchaintrainingalliance.com if you would like to arrange a referral code.
What if I don’t like the course or want a refund?
We guarantee our training! We will refund any course that is less than 50% complete that you are not happy with. Any course accessed more than 50% is not eligible for a refund. Monthly subscriptions are non refundable regardless of course completion percentage. 
How are exams proctored?
All exams are currently online; once purchased it will be in your BTA portal and you will see the option under the Exams Tab to Launch Exam. Once you begin your exam you cannot exit it.
How often do I need to recertify?
Your certification expires two years to the date you take and pass the exam.
